Terms & Conditions of Article Submission

Before submitting articles for potential publishing, the author must agree to the following terms and conditions unless supported by separate document:

Non-Exclusive Publishing Rights. The author retains copyright ownership but grants this website non-exclusive publishing rights in perpetuity.

Acceptance. At its sole discretion, this website may or may not elect to publish submitted articles and further reserves the right to adapt or edit articles.

Representation/Copyright. The author represents and warrants that he/she is the creator of the article with full power and authority to satisfy and agree to all terms and conditions of submission. The author warrants that he/she has not infringed upon any copyright, trademark or intellectual property relating to his/her submitted article and agrees to indemnify and hold this website, its owners, its employees, its officers and its agents harmless against any claims, losses and expenses resulting from the author’s breach of any misrepresentation.

Compensation. The author shall not be compensated for any submitted or published article beyond a link from the article to a website determined by the author. The author shall be given credit at all publishing points.

Venue for Conflicts. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona with jurisdiction being Maricopa County Arizona.
